Here’s the episode you’ll never see on “Everybody Hates Chris”:
“You’ll never see the episode where Chris’ dad dies,” says Rock, who named the dad character Julius after his real father, who died in 1989. “We’re not ever going there.”
One critic asked Rock during the press session here to explain why there are no dramas featuring all-African American casts.
“I’d say you gotta ask the white people that,” quipped Rock. “I mean, I wouldn’t ask the bat boy ‘How come the Yankees can’t get a better pitcher?’ “

UPN gets this wedding started when a San Francisco man surprises his girlfriend with what UPN is calling the ultimate marriage proposal, wedding and reception.
We’ll be the judge of that.
It all happens on the reality series “Get This Party Started” at 9 p.m. on Feb. 21 on UPN-Channel 44.
Kristin Cavallari (“Laguna Beach”) and Ethan Erickson (“Extra”) host the show which features aspiring musical artist Anthony, who wanted to express his love for his girlfriend Shannon in a big and unique way by proposing and throwing her the surprise wedding of her dreams.
As part of the ruse, Shannon thinks she is rehearsing to be part of a music video for her boyfriend Anthony, while the elite party team converts an empty loft into an elegant and chic setting for the wedding.
But won’t Shannon wonder why mom and dad are in a music video?

Xena goes all Fed on us this month.
The former mythical maid, known as Lucy Lawless when the leather and armor come off, has been tapped for a guest star role as FBI Agent Morris.
Morris is called in to pursue Duncan (Teddy Dunn) after he breaks up with Veronica (the enchanting Kristen Bell) and kidnaps his baby with the late, lamented Meg.
Check it out at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25 on UPN-Channel 44.
